Hey families! Here’s a look at what we’re covering with your kids so you can help them continue to grow at home during the week.
Week 1

Parents Devotional

Puzzles don't come with step-by-step instructions for solving them. That's what makes them so much fun. You have to try to figure out the next best step to take. When Jesus left Earth, his followers had to wonder the same thing—"What's next?" In this 4-week series about the Early Church, kids will see how Jesus' followers solved the puzzle of what to do next and the ways we can follow in their footsteps. As kids discover what to do next, they'll learn they can follow Jesus, pray for others, love like Jesus did, and share the good news.
Want to learn and grow alongside your kid as we go through this teaching series? You can! Spend a few minutes each week studying the passages of Scripture we'll be teaching, praying about what God wants to do in you and in your family, and growing by putting God's words into practice in your own life.

This week, ask God for chances to share the good news with others.

So what's your next step? Can you tell someone about the good news? How can your actions help someone see the good news Jesus brings? How can you work through what makes you hesitant to share about what Jesus has done? Whatever your next step is right now, take it.
