Our Team

I have loved serving as Lead Pastor for over 15 years now! My wife Kristi and I have raised our kids in this beautiful church family and this fantastic Birch Bay/Blaine community. Besides being passionate about helping people find their purpose in Jesus and grow in using their gifts to impact our area, I love our beaches, trails, and getting out on the water on my kayak. I look forward to meeting you if this is your first time with us!  

Our family has been attending North Bay for many years, and we have loved having a place for our children to grow in their faith. As a homeschooling mom of five kids, I am passionate about helping kids find their love and excitement for Jesus. Having been raised in this beautiful area, I enjoy every opportunity to take our family hiking, camping, or fishing.

Hey! I'm Emily, the newest addition to the North Bay team. I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve this amazing community and be a part of what God is doing here! Outside of work, you can usually find me spending quality time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, or unwinding with a good cup of coffee. I love getting to meet new faces, so please stop by and say hi on Sunday! 

Hey! I'm Chris, the guy behind the scenes as the Graphics, Media, and Worship director. It's been an awesome 8 years being part of this vibrant community, and I continue to learn more about God every day! Music has always been my passion, and I feel truly alive when playing live or songwriting, but in my free time I also love diving into a new skill or playing video games with friends.  

I'm Andrew, and it's been my joy to serve on the team for over a decade. When I'm not keeping things fresh and clean, you can find me cheering on the Seattle Seahawks or sharing a laugh with friends. My family's three-time win at North Bay's Ugly Sweater Contest is a testament to our love for fun and good times.
